Clear plastic corners are manufactured by injection moulding using a blended grade of poly-propylene to give the plastic corners a translucent appearance and supple properties to ensure there is no damage to the picture / mirror frame.
All our company products carry the European re-cycling logo, and are manufactured using approximately 40% re-cycled material to keep the product as environmentally friendly as possible.
The Clear plastic corners have been specifically designed to protect picture and mirror frames, leading to a product which carries out the desired task in the most efficient manner possible.
The corners all come with a slight hugging across the open face, which leads to the plastic corners gripping the frame to ensure easy use within the manufacturing environment.
The external beading on the product has been calculated to provide maximum protection and to also give even dispersion of any impact pressure.
The products can be produced in any colour, opaque or translucent. Minimum order quantity applies to coloured products.
